With the PSQ ultrasonic in-process adaptive resistance welding monitoring system, Rexroth sets new standards in quality assurance of spot-welded connections. The ultrasonic measuring procedure is integrated into the process and monitors the quality of the spot-welded points with ultrasonic impulses during the welding process. This saves the user the high costs of conventional, mechanical testing procedures and improves reliability at the same time.
