The Linear Motion Designer 1.0 calculation program from Rexroth makes it easy to calculate the dimensions of its profiled rail systems. The program covers the complete Rexroth range of roller, ball, miniaturized ball and eLINE ball rail systems. With this software solution, the experienced user can configure his linear motion systems on his own. After the process data for Dynamics, Weights and Forces are entered once, different applications can be compared by changing the system parameters. The entry options Cycle, Time Fractions and Distances are available for the Dynamics entries.
Linear Motion Designer 1.0 takes account of numerous variants and applications, from a rail with one runner block to two rails with eight runner blocks. A shift calculation function is integrated in addition for three of these variants. The user is thus able to calculate the optimum technical and cost-effective solution for every application in minimum time.
The program creates matching visuals directly during the calculation. Print-outs can be adapted to the customer-specific coordinate system by means of freely selectable coordinates. It is even possible to calculate 3-axis applications flexibly and conveniently by entering transverse accelerations. Linear Motion Designer 1.0 is available to customers free of charge on CD-ROM. It runs under Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
Training is strongly recommended before using the software.
