eLINE rail systems
Rexroth has introduced the eLINE range of rail systems to complement its familiar range of high-performance profiled rail systems. eLINE was developed specifically for simple handling and positioning applications and for the light machinery industry. These attractively priced linear guides can be mounted on relatively uneven surfaces, and this helps keep costs down. Low weight and good corrosion protection are further advantages of the eLine family. The user can use a combination of roller and ball rail runner blocks.
eLINE guides with ball rail runner blocks
eLINE ball rail guides are available in sizes 15, 20 and 25 in segment lengths up to 4,000 mm, and there is a choice of two runner block configurations. The series is normally used for accuracy class N applications. The new accuracy class E has been introduced for simple applications. The guide rails and runner blocks are made of wrought aluminum alloy, and the raceways and balls are made of hardened steel.
eLINE guides with rollers
The new Rexroth roller runner blocks for eLine profiled rails run very smoothly and quietly at speeds up to 12 m/s. The very low friction runner block minimize lubrication consumption and guarantee long service life. Sizes 15, 20 and 25 are available to cover a wide range of applications.
eLINE Guide Rails with Corrosion-resistant Steel Inserts in Accordance
The guide rails in Rexroth’s eLINE profiled rail systems are now also available with corrosion-resistant steel inserts. They therefore now make it possible, especially when combined with eLINE roller runner blocks, to create applications which are completely protected against corrosion, as required in certain areas of the medical technology sector, the food industry and the electronics industry. The load capacity remains just as high in spite of the corrosion-resistant material used for the ball tracks in the guide rails.
