EPC Electronic Positive Control
In Electronic Positive Control EPC the hydraulic 2-circuit-Positive-Control-System is expanded by the following electronic elements: pressure sensors and controller.
In this connection the pumps are electrohydraulically varied for flow. This means exactly the right pump flow is generated to supply the various work movements of the excavator with optimal energy balance.
VBO Virtual Bleed Off
With Virtual Bleed Off VBO the 2-circuit-Closed Center System also has the addition of the pressure sensors and controller.
The pumps are electronically pressure regulated. In a Closed Center System optimal load sensitivity is achieved with overlaid speed control. No losses in open center and fine control (closed center) as well as integrated pressure cut-off for maximum system pressure and for the individual movements offer additional possibilities for optimizing energy consumption.
