Rexroth now offers linear guides from the basic mechanical elements (MGE) assembly system in three sizes and two versions, fully assembled.

Rexroth now offers linear guides from the basic mechanical elements (MGE) assembly system in three sizes and two versions, fully assembled. This saves the user planning effort and assembly time. New accessory parts complete the product range. In particular, the MGE linear guides fulfill the needs of simple handling and positioning movements. They can also be easily integrated in the frame, peripheral machine units, or transport solutions. Stainless steel guide rods give the products a sturdy backbone, enabling them to be used in challenging environments for loads from 85 to 600 kg.
The user can select two MSK servomotors for each size, according to load and speed, from the new range of accessories. Suitable flanges and drives round out the product range. There are ready-to-use sets for end position and positioning queries, available either as a mechanical or inductive switch, including support. The linear guides are fully assembled and with matching accessories, can be quickly integrated into other applications.
The revised MGE linear guide program provides a further customer benefit: Combinability with Rexroth’s eLINE system, thanks to the interface of the new eLINE slide profiles. The combination of the eLINE runner block, a screw connection and the tried and true MGE slot results in a user-friendly interaction.
