Accordingly, personnel development at Rexroth means; first assessing an individual's potential for development, and then determining how that potential may best be realized.

We offer a comprehensive advanced training program for all employees, thereby providing support for current and future tasks.

Soon after they start with the company, new employees at Rexroth are invited to attend the Information Day for new employees.

College graduates initially receive support from our Juniors program which serves as the best possible introduction and the reassurance, to begin your future here with Rexroth.

Employees who demonstrate above-average development potential in technical and management duties are included in our management development program.

We offer special courses for our executives as well, this enables them to cultivate and develop the skills they need.
