With expanding global competitiveness Canadian companies need to continually improve and become more efficient in order to stay in business. Today's monthly business reports continue to report the loss of Canadian manufacturing jobs. While many factors affect this condition a variety of resources including OEM's, supply chain management, service providers, industry media partners, educators, and practitioners all have a contribution to make toward the well being of Canadian manufacturing.

The Bosch Rexroth organization is a world leader in the field of factory Automation and the market leader for Hydraulics in Canada. We believe we, as a vendor, have a role to play and can contribute to the welfare of our manufacturing industry. With sponsorship of Maintrain since it's inception in 2004 our message has remained unchanged over the last five years and is still applicable today; Maintenance Partnership with Rexroth- Reliable, Predictable, Profitable.

The Maintrain conference provides a unique opportunity for the Canadian asset management profession to learn world-class physical asset management and reliability strategies. Bosch Rexroth is proud to be a sponsor in the Edmonton event.

It is our hope that Maintrain will continue to grow for years to come in an effort to keep manufacturing jobs in Canada.
