Lean Manufacturing – FREE Seminar

Techniques to continuously reduce waste and improve productivity

Learn core lean principles, successful lean practices, and practical ways to use a range of manufacturing technologies to make your operations “lean” and continuously productive. Using case studies, simulations and detailed presentations, our lean manufacturing experts will explore key lean concepts – kanban, kaizen, 5S, waste walks – and demonstrate how to use both manual and automation technology to improve material flow, information flow and people flow in your operations.

Lean Manufacturing

How can lean manufacturing help you?

Now, more than ever, driving waste out of your manufacturing value stream is essential to achieving a sustainable competitive advantage. These proven lean manufacturing processes and practices –as well as the lean automation and manual production systems that complement them – will yield both immediate and long-term results.
