Faster, easier programming for Rexroth robotics with new easyrobot software

The new, extremely comfortable, state-of-the-art easyrobot programming software enables users to complete automation tasks quickly and efficiently.

Buchanan, MI The new easyrobot programming software makes programming robots easier than ever, to ensure fast start-ups and optimum productivity. A host of new capabilities simplifies even complex robotics tasks. Preset project templates, a user-friendly code editor, robust monitoring and debugging tools are all standard features, as well as integrated on-screen 3-D robot movement visualization. Virtual operating panels and a virtual teach pendant make real-time simulation possible on the computer desktop without the physical presence of a robot. In other words, users can check cycle times, try out various movement sequences or debug existing programs, yielding substantial time savings at start-up.

The software also supports the special features of the latest SRplus swivel-arm robot models and the new AR articulated robot series. The easyrobot user interface and intuitive user guidance are compatible with a Microsoft Windows environment. The project templates allow users to adapt parameters and settings to customize screen set-up based upon preference or specific needs of a project. Programs written with the former ROP84/online programming systems can be directly integrated into new easyrobot projects, making changeovers to the new, more powerful programming suite easy to achieve.
