Rexroth Introduces High Efficiency Series ZSC Pneumatic Mini Slides

The new ZSC mini slides complement the extensive Rexroth range of small handling products. Equipped with a twin rod pneumatic cylinder guided by a ball rail system, the ZSC is ideal for multi-axis applications.
The placement of the ball rail system between the twin piston rods results in a very flat, low-mount guide. This symmetrical design with high parallelism between the rail system and the piston rods provides highly controlled performance. The mini slide has multiple mount options on the front and top plate of the cylinder, thus simplifying machine design and object handling.
All together, this flexible, lightweight slide unit with precision movement is ideal for 3-axes applications. With the addition of grippers and vacuum cups, it is suitable for small handling applications of all types. Being ready for sensors, shock absorbers and stops for stroke adjustment makes the ZSC even more flexible. The ZSC is available in five bore sizes from 6mm to 25mm, and stroke lengths up to 100mm.
