Legacy product does not mean that we no longer support our customers with the application and use of those products. Rather, it is the aim of our Global Services to offer the highest possible service level for our established products so that our customers can leverage technological advances along with the time advantage of extended product life. For this purpose, we assure our customers that through the Bosch Rexroth, Service Automation Global Services Division, for a period of at least ten years after product maturity, they will be able to:
draw on replacement components or compatible replacement components and/or
have repairs made to their equipment as well as
arrange field service support on site when problems arise.
