- Optimized geometry and high number of balls per track greatly reduce any variation in elastic deflection.
- Smooth light running due to optimized ball recirculation and ideal track geometry.
- Zero clearance or various preload classes.
- Self-aligning version for uneven mounting surfaces or other alignment errors.
Easy Maintenance:
- Our new style runner blocks include integrated lubrication system for increased maintenance intervals.
- The end face is threaded for bellows, lubrication plates, scraper plates or additional seals.
- Lube ports on both sides for maximum ease of maintenance.
- Integral all-round sealing
- Mounting hole cover strip available to keep mounting holes clear of debris.
Interchangability:
Since each rail uses the same profile, any runner block can be mounted to any rail of the same size. Many combinations of accuracy class are achievable.
