The new Rexroth High-precision Ball Rail® System was designed to reduce rolling, pitching, and yawing deviations in linear guideways. This precision was achieved by enhancing the internal raceway geometry to minimize the pulsation of the balls during recirculation.
The new High-precision line is able to provide the accuracy and smoothness needed for applications such as 3D measuring devices, precision grinding machines, precision machining, gaging equipment and more.

- Roll, pitch yaw is greatly reduced to a minimum due to optimized entry & exit load zone geometries
- Results in very smooth running with hardly any deviations in x, y, z- direction
