TS1 anti-static pallets protect delicate components better than other conveyor systems while allowing access to the workpiece from any direction. Light-weight plastic pallets are available for inspection or light assembly processes, while rugged steel pallets provide a solution for applications which require more precision.

How does the TS1 Conveyor Maximize Productivity in a Minimum of Valuable Space?
Each dual belt drive module can carry up to 80 kg (176 lbs) of pallets and product at nominal speeds of 9, 12, 15 or 18 meters per minute; a drive connector kit allows sections to be connected to create systems of any length.
90 and 180 degree curves reduce control costs and improve system cycle rates while lift-transverse units and transverse conveyors provide for pallet transfer between parallel lines and over short distances, such as spur lines for workpiece inspection.
For automated assembly operations, a modular positioning unit provides pallet position within ±0.02mm (0.0008").
