Automotive Industry Standard products
Bosch Rexroth Pneumatics products are designed to meet all national and international Automotive Industry standards.
Modular directional control valves are available which conform to ISO 15407-1, ISO 5599-1, ISO 5599-2 and ISO 15407-2 standards; manifold ports conform to ISO 1179. These combined with an extremely flexible fieldbus system provides a direct connection to all of the main communication protocols. Customers can choose from fieldbus systems that are "centralized" at the valve manifolds, or "de-centralized" with input, output and bus modules located separately from the valve manifolds. Electrical connectivity and pneumatic porting conforms to Automotive industry standards.
Cylinders conforming to ISO6431/ VDMA 24562 with integrated guides, heavy duty rod brakes, and a selection of modular rod scrapers for metal cutting and weld applications ensure that the customer's need for stable, robust manufacturing systems can be met with standard components.

Bosch Rexroth offers a broad spectrum of electro-pneumatic pressure control valves with a wide range of functions used in a myriad of automotive applications. Electrical input can be analog (current or voltage) or digital (parallel or serial), which is then converted into a corresponding pneumatic pressure.
