Series CCI
CCI (Compact Cylinder ISO) is the new ISO 21287 cylinder series from Bosch Rexroth, Pneumatics. The design of the CCI provides a standard package with many size and mounting variants. Single and double acting types are offered with variations such as male or female threaded piston rods, single or double rod end versions, hollow piston rods, torsion protection, high temperature versions and a metal rod scraper. Many mounting accessories are common with ISO 15552 cylinders and include foot mounts, head/base mounts, clevis and swivel mounts, in addition to piston rod attachments such as rod clevises, rod eyes and rod aligners. Flush mounted proximity switches complete this compact cylinder package and can be mounted on all 4 sides of the cylinders. The low profile switches are available in reed or solid state versions with a variety of cable and plug connections. Available from 16 MM through 100 MM bore sizes and with maximum strokes up to 500 MM.

Series KPZ
The modular design of the Compact Cylinder provides a cylinder package with many size and mounting variants. Single and double acting versions are offered in addition to standard variations such as male or female threaded piston rods, single or double rod end versions, hollow piston rods, torsion protection, metal rod scrapers, high temperature versions, reinforced piston rods, as well as corrosion protection. Additional standard versions include multi-position and tandem cylinder combinations. Cylinder mounting accessories include foot mounts, head/base mounts, clevis and swivel mounts, intermediate flanges, in addition to piston rod attachments such as rod clevises, rod eyes and rod aligners. Flush mounted proximity switches complete this compact cylinder package and can be mounted on all 4 sides of the cylinders from the 20 MM through 100 MM bore sizes. The low profile switches are available in reed or solid state versions with a variety of cable and plug connections. Available from 16 MM through 100 MM bore sizes and with maximum strokes up to 400 MM.
