Bridge Modules feature an extruded aluminum profile whose geometry has been optimized for extremely high torsional stiffness. Inside, two internal ball rail systems are mounted at a 90 degree angle to each other to maximize load and moment capacity. The Bridge Modules are ideal for applications where the module is not fully supported, such as the Y axis in a gantry system. It can also span long lengths unsupported.

| Notable Features | | • | Two ball rail systems mounted at 90 degrees and an angled carriage: higher stiffness and load capacities | | • | camoLINE connectivity: easy, precise connection and alignment of additional axes to the carriage of the Bridge Modules | | • | Aluminum cover and polyurethane sealing strips: protection from contamination | | • | Standard connecting brackets for Rexroth's other linear modules MKR, MKK, CKR, CKK: simple construction of mult-axis systems |
| | | Key Benefits | | • | Higher torsional stiffness reduces deflection for higher load and moment capacities | | • | BKK (ball screw driven version) features ball screw supports for high speeds at longer lengths | | • | Simpler mounting and assembly than using two modules in parallel |
| | | Possible BKK & BKR Applications | | • | Y axis in gantry applications
