Dry environment is essential in the bakery plants. The cylinder Series 523 Yellow profile (ISO/VDMA) is well suited for this type of production, mainly for its hygienic design with smooth surfaces and the elimination of "dead spaces" and cavities. The photo shows a Series 590 valve manifold that is controlling the positions of the packages. The Series 590 valve is excellent in these dry environment that also require resistance to the cleaning process and minimal time to dry up with its hygienic design, corrosion resistance and flexibility. Other recommended products are the CL03, due to their unique corrosion resistance/hygienic design, and the 740 valve series with its ability to hold up in dusty environments due to its diaphragm poppet design.
