Our CERAM™ pneumatic directional control valve has long been recognized as a supreme product for hostile and dirty environments. Standard Ceram valves can be quickly and easily adapted to fit onto ISO 5599/II plug-in manifolds using an adapter plate. ISO 15552 (formerly ISO/VDMA) air cylinders utilize a unique air cushioning design that makes “Ideal Cushioning” possible. The result is reduced noise, less cylinder fatigue, and increased stroke speed. Using Our “MecSpeed” analyzer, cylinder velocity and cycle time can be quickly monitored, allowing cushions to be set with peak performance while achieving maximum speed.
