Bosch Rexroth and Xi'an IF Intelligent Equipment plan to join their forces for the development and sales of electromechanical actuators (EMA) for off-highway vehicles for the global market.

Changes to the Management Board of Bosch Rexroth

Dr. Jochen Peter (50) will join the management board of Bosch Rexroth AG in Lohr am Main on January 1, 2026 and, after an induction phase, will become Chief Executive Officer on March 1, 2026. He succeeds Dr. Steffen Haack (59), who will step back from the CEO position, but will remain a member of the management board.
