Variable-speed drive technology for saving energy

Sytronix variable-speed pump drives for recycling applications will significantly increase the energy efficiency of channel balers, scrap shears and scrap presses. With the modular, standardized Sytronix system, the electric drive system, the frequency converter and the constant or variable displacement pump are combined with other standard components to produce a high-performance unit with low overall costs. Thanks to a wide range of control outputs such as the motor speed and swivel angle, Sytronix achieves optimum efficiency for each cycle. The resulting energy savings reduce operating costs and CO2 emissions.

Optimal flow protects climate and costs

Flow-optimized manifolds conserve material resources, increase energy efficiency, and avoid CO2 emissions. As part of efficient hydraulics, Bosch Rexroth designs manifolds for recycling plants according to individual specifications and manufactures them additively using 3D sand core printing. The new design freedom as well as integrated functions reduce the weight by about one third and facilitate installation in the machine. An optional condition monitoring concept further increases the availability of the hydraulic systems.

Saving costs through intelligent digital service for hydraulics

The CytroConnect Solutions service offering from Bosch Rexroth helps recycling companies avoid high downtime costs and contractual penalties. The customized packages of real-time monitoring, data-based analysis, and complementary spare parts management maintain the availability of hydraulic equipment such as scrap shears, shredders, and presses. At the same time, the intelligent combination of state-of-the-art IoT technology and hydraulics expertise minimizes maintenance and extends the service life of the machines.

Cost-efficient: intelligent pump solutions with proven technology

Scrap and baling presses must be robust and economical. Our pump solutions leave nothing to be desired in either category. A special highlight: the integrated double pump A20VFO260. Technologically at home in the proven A4 pump series, it takes recycling applications to a new level of efficiency - especially for pressures up to 350 bar with high volume flows. The advantages over conventional double pumps: significantly lower investment costs and greatly reduced installation effort with smaller installation space!
