BOOST YOUR PRODUCTION with the TS 2plus transfer system.

The Rexroth transfer system is designed for transport of workpiece pallets up to 240 kg. It features standardized modular units that can be combined in many ways to create a single system. The modular design permits the cost-effective use of ratio potentials in production. All components are designed to be particularly robust and ensure high operational safety. The systems 3-phase motors additionally enable an effective energy use thanks to efficiency class IE3.

The versatile modular system with standardized units meets the requirements for production of a wide range of different products of a variety of sectors, such as:

ROBUST

TS 2plus is reliable even under difficult conditions, such as in ESD environments or in clean room and dry room applications. It manages a high maximum load of up to 240 kg per workpiece pallet.
Additionally the sophisticated and proven components ensure a high availability.

ADAPTABLE

The all-rounder for cost-effective production can be installed quickly thanks to it's modularity. The workpiece pallet dimensions tailored to the product size and range from 160 x 160 to 1,200 x 1,200 mm. Four types of conveyor media are combinable as needed: Polyamide belt, toothed belt, flat top chain and accumulation roller chain.
This allows the system solution to be scaled quickly for any requirement and ro realize of a vast array of system layouts.

TS 2Booster is extremely adaptable and perfect for demanding special solutions and special processes. It enables innovative and creative process implementations that are not possible with conventional transfer systems.

  • Highest Precision: Reaches a stop position with an accuracy of up to 0.015 mm, without an additional positioning unit or handling system
  • Space-Saving Design: Allows for the multiple use of process stations, thus reducing the footprint of your line
  • Short Cycle Times: Enables changes in travel direction and the use of multiple process nests on a single workpiece pallet
  • Maximum Flexibility: TS 2Booster can be implemented as a 3rd axis in synchronized interaction with other process axes

TS 2Booster is an integral part of the TS 2plus modular system with its wide range of solutions; the WT 2/LS workpiece pallet can be transported "on the fly" from the linear motor system to the classic TS 2plus belt system, utilizing many of its modules.

  • Very quick assembly and commissioning thanks to pre-assembled and standardized components
