Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions regarding our training courses.

TRAINING COURSES

Where can I find the current training offer?

The extensive range and training availability can be found in the Training Finder. If you desired date is not available or if you would like to request an individual training, please contact the training hotline +499352 18-1920 or training@boschrexroth.de

Which requirements and prior knowledge do I need to participate in a training course?

The training descriptions contain the prerequisites for participating in the training course (e.g. completion of basic training or eLearning courses). Some of this knowledge can also be obtained through practical workplace experience. A grasp of technical concepts is usually sufficient to attend basic training courses.

In which language are the training courses held?

The language in which each training course is offered is specified in the training description under “Dates”. Are you interested in a training course in a language that is not listed in our catalog? Please contact us.

What is the maximum number of participants for a training course?

The maximum number of participants for practical training sessions depends on the number of workstations on our training systems. In order to ensure successful learning, work takes place in small groups (approx. two people). For theoretical training courses, the maximum number of participants is limited to the number of seats in the training rooms.

Are food and drinks provided during training?

Drinks, snacks and lunch are provided during the training. If you have special dietary requirements (vegetarian diet, dietary regarding intolerances, etc.), please inform us: training@boschrexroth.de

What materials are provided during and after face-to-face training?

For on-site training, we lend equipment, and documents are made available digitally. No documents can be requested at a later date.

Do you need safety shoes?

Please bring work shoes/safety shoes to the practical training. Otherwise you will only be able to participate in setting up/performing the practical exercises to a limited extent. However, we also provide safety overshoes on site.

What further training courses are available – how can I further develop my knowledge?

In our training brochure you will find the learning paths in the respective chapter of the technology.

Can I take part in the practical training as a pregnant woman?

Participation in the practical part of the training is only possible to a limited extent due to legal reasons.

Will I receive a certificate after participating in the training?

After participating in the training – at least 75% attendance required, you will receive a certificate in printed form. You can download your certificate digitally via „Bosch Rexroth Academy online“.

How will I learn on which date a training course is being held?

The current training dates can be found under availability in the Training Finder. If you are interested in dates for individual/In-house training, please contact the training hotline +49935218-1920 or training@boschrexroth.de

Are all training courses published in the catalog actually held?

The decision whether or not the training is held is made two weeks before the beginning of the course at the latest (minimum number of participants). If the training is canceled, registered participants will be notified in writing. The training course will be rescheduled, if possible.

Our trainings are offered in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands with identical content. Detailed information about our training centers can be found here.

REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION

How do I register for a training course?

After you have selected the desired training and date in the Training Finder, you can register directly online under the field „Registration“.

When will I find out if my registration for a training was successful?

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail – if requested capacities are available. Afterwards, the participant receives a separate registration confirmation.

How can I cancel a training course?

Please refer to our cancellation conditions in our General Terms and Conditions . Please send us the cancellation by email to training@boschrexroth.de .

Do I have to make the hotel reservation myself?

Yes, please make the hotel reservation yourself. There are no agreed rates with hotels for training participants of the Bosch Rexroth Academy.

TRAINING FEE

How much does participation in the training cost?

The training fee can be found in the respective training description in the Training Finder. The training fee includes extensive training materials, aids as well als meals for breaks and lunch. The invoice will be sent to your company after the training. Please inform us of a different billing address before the training.

Why is there a temporary surchage on the training fee?

Ladies and Gentlemen,

in the entire market environment, raw material prices, energy and personal costs, as well as logistics costs have risen dramatically again in recent months. At the same time, energy costs have skyrocketed for some time.
In order to continue to ensure our performance for you, we make every effort and incur considerable additional costs. As a result, we are forced to pass on some of these costs increases. We will therefore issue all offers with a price surcharge of 0 – 5 % on your purchase prices until further notice. The price mark-up is regularly reviewed at the end of each quarter to determine whether it is necessary.
We ask for your understanding for this measure at this difficult time for all of us.

BOSCH REXROTH LEARNING PLATFORM

To register for the „Bosch Rexroth Academy ONLINE“, you need a Bosch ID. Please register here.

How do I register for the Bosch Rexroth learning platform?

To register for the Bosch Rexroth Learning platform, you need a myRexroth Bosch ID. Via the following link you can log in with an existing myRexroth Bosch ID or create a new myRexroth Bosch ID: Login – Bosch Rexroth AG

Where can I find the trainings that have ben assigned to me?

On the homepage of our learning platform you will find all courses and learning paths to which you have been assigned. You can also view a progress report there. You will find the face-to-face and online trainings you have booked unter the tab „Live Sessions“.

Where can I find my eLearnings?

You will find your ordered eLearnings on the homepage of the learning platform under the field „Show all assigned courses and learning paths“ and can also edit them there. The processing status is saved and after successful completion you will receive your certificate.

Where can I view my certificates?

In our portal you can access your certificates under „Achievements“.

Where can I redeem my tokens?

In some cases, after purchasing a training course (e.g. eLearning), you will receive a token which you can redeem under „Self Sign Up“.

FOR BOSCH INTERNAL EMPLOYEES

How do I register for training as a Bosch internal employee?

Just like external customers, you can register online. When filling out the registration form, please note that you enter your cost centre number in the Customer number field. If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to training@boschrexroth.de.

Is my participation in training as a Bosch or Bosch Rexroth employee documented in HR-Global?

In the „BoschGlobalNet“ (BGN), the training history of employees under HR Gobal/CptM is updated automatically every six months (January/July).
