PreMaster Program

You’ve got your bachelor’s, so now it’s time for your master’s! Are you looking to make the best use of your time between your bachelor's and master's degrees and gain practical experience in your future areas of focus? You can do precisely that with us.

In our PreMaster Program, you benefit from a two-stage qualification process: In the business phase, you will acquire practical experience in the areas relevant to your master’s degree. In the subsequent master’s phase, you will be able to remain in contact with us, for example, via your mentor or in the form of additional student work (such as a placement abroad).

Timeframe of the PreMaster Program

Information about the business phase

  • During the first few weeks, we will set out a personal qualification plan with you, including tailored program content. Your advanced studies for your master’s degree will serve as the basis for this.
  • Your growth during this phase will be facilitated by your independent responsibility for project tasks and the varied nature of our day-to-day business.
  • As well as facing the challenges posed by your host department, where you will also receive all the necessary support and advice, you will spend time in one or two additional departments.
  • An attractive monthly pay package will safeguard your financial stability.

Information about the master’s phase

  • You can perform student work for us during the semester, or you may choose to complete an internship at home or abroad outside of term time. You are also able to complete your practice-based master’s thesis with us.
  • And when you are finished, we would be delighted to welcome you back into our team.

Your qualities

You have completed your bachelor’s degree with above-average grades and firmly intend to pursue a master’s degree.
