The modular belt conveyor from Bosch Rexroth ensures the smooth transport of FMCG, pharmaceutical and healthcare products. Thanks to its fine-meshed and leveled surface, it is ideal for transporting bulk and film-wrapped products as well as large-format packaging. The VarioFlow belt fits seamlessly into the existing VarioFlow system landscape and offers high reliability and availability.
The modular design enables flexible belt widths and layouts, maximising adaptability and efficiency in production. You can also benefit from an extensive range of accessories and standardised components for easy integration and expansion.

Versatile Applications for VarioFlow belt
Delicate paper products can be transported safely without being damaged or deformed. The side rails can be flexibly adjusted to different formats.
Products that are stable can even overhang the side of the modular belt when travelling horizontally.
Film-wrapped products such as side-sealed packs do not get caught in the conveying medium. Safety risks at connected manual workstations are therefore minimised.
Direct transport of thermoformed plastic trays with a filigree contact surface and sensitive, film-wrapped products.
The large transport surface is ideal for unstable, large or wide products that need to rest on the entire surface during transport.
Even with shorter products, the small diameter of the front deflection rollers of the base unit and deflection unit enables linear transfer without the need for additional components to bridge the conveyor trench.
The extensive, standardised range of VarioFlow plus accessories can also be used without restriction in the new system. This enables the design-free implementation of customised lines from a single supplier.
