Bosch Rexroth expands power transmission capability

Alex King joins Rexroth with more than eight years’ experience in the specification of electrical and hydraulic solutions for both the marine and offshore, and the renewable industries. Alex will be responsible for advising manufacturers on Rexroth system design and installation best practices, as well as helping customers maintain or repair their drive and control systems.

Alex King at Bosch Rexroth, said: “As the requirements of the marine and offshore, and oil and gas industries evolve, it’s vitally important that we constantly look at ways to ensure our customers are kept abridge of the latest industry developments by offering the best technical advice and support possible. One of our main focus applications will be “Back Deck” machinery on ships. Here at Bosch Rexroth we can propose, design and supply either complete hydraulic, complete electrical or combination drive solutions dependant on the customers’ preference and the benefit to the application.
