Online dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 (1) of the EU Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) which can be accessed at http://www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may also forward your concerns to us via the e-mail address stated on the “Imprint” page of the respective Service.


Information according to article 25 chapter III from Ordinance no. 38/2015 regarding Alternative Dispute Resolution between Consumers and Traders: Bosch Rexroth SRL do not engage in out-of-court settlements before consumer arbitration boards.
