ctrlX AUTOMATION - Automation without limits
With the automation system ctrlX AUTOMATION, Bosch Rexroth surmounts the classic boundaries between machine control, the IT world and the Internet of Things. The scalable platform enables the flexible design of centralized and decentralized automation topologies.
With a Linux real-time operating system, open standards, app technology, web-based engineering and comprehensive IoT connectivity, the solution reduces engineering effort by 30 to 50 %. With the ecosystem ctrlX World, partners can provide their own solutions through co-creation.
Smart Function Kits - Plug & Produce with the new mechatronic subsystems
The new linear robots - consisting of our best-in-class linear technology components, automation hardware and software - can be used for diverse automation requirements such as joining and pressing, handling or dispensing.
Modern eTools support the selection of products. The pre-installed, intuitive operating software enables fast commissioning and simple graphical process configuration without programming knowledge. The subsystems can be easily integrated into higher-level systems through open interfaces and can be used in a wide range of applications through compatible end effectors, such as the sensor-based compensation module Smart Flex Effector.
TS2 Booster - more speed for your processes
TEN TIMES FASTER IN SHORT-CYCLE TRANSFER, HIGHLY PRECISE IN USE. With the TS2 Booster, Rexroth reduces the transfer and cycle time to a minimum. Unproductive times before and in the station are significantly reduced: Depending on the application, it is up to ten times faster than standard transfers, with accelerations of up to 3 g.
Level Up Your Mobile Robots. ROKIT – The Robotics Kit by Bosch Rexroth
With its robotics kit ROKIT, Bosch Rexroth unlocks new possibilities in the field of mobile robotics and service robotics. The modular kit consisting of individual, coordinated and proven software and hardware components gives you the highest degree of freedom you need in the course of automating processes. The components – ROKIT aXessor, ROKIT Locator, ROKIT Navigator and ROKIT Motor – provide you with a graphical user interface and take care of positioning, navigation and motion execution for you. Supporting, product-specific services round off the user-focused portfolio.
Kassow Robots collaborative robots with 7 axes: strong, fast, simple
With 7 axes, Kassow Robots cobots can grasp items around corners like an arm and can be used in the tightest of spaces. Designed for a wide range of industrial automation tasks, Kassow Robots cobots have reach up to 1800 millimeters and payloads up to 18 kilograms. All models are easy to program and operate. The software provides a modular platform allowing simple integration of peripherals like grippers, vision systems or other customized functionalities.
Cobots are another important building block for the versatile Factory of the Future. Bosch Rexroth acquired a majority stake in Kassow Robots end of April 2022.
Nexeed Industrial Application System
The Nexeed Industrial Application System connects production and internal logistics – like the factory at a glance. It addresses the challenges of the respective user groups and optimizes all production processes in terms of transparency, agility, costs, quality and time.
CytroMotion – Driven by Efficiency
Bosch Rexroth is expanding its portfolio of self-contained actuators with the CytroMotion system solution. With the help of the new compact actuator, linear movements with forces of up to 110 kN can be implemented more compactly, efficiently, and sustainably in a wide variety of machines and systems. These advantages extend over the entire life cycle. Controlled purely electrically, CytroMotion also simplifies engineering and commissioning. The efficient power-on-demand drive and the maintenance-free, hermetically sealed design ensure CO2 savings at minimal operating costs.
