Our hydraulic oil supply systems are optimized for your test system. This is backed up by graduated sizes for different testing requirements and the modular and cascade-able design with energy-efficient drive solutions. The hydraulic power units are designed to save resources and allow easy maintenance. Our control technology also allows optimum connectivity in your industrial environment.

  • ABMAXX – Modular large power units up to 18000 l tank size, optional myCro-optimized tanks with reduced oil volume
  • CytroBox – Compact, energy-efficient, quiet and connected – hydraulic power unit up to 30 kW

Hydraulic servo actuators

With test cylinders from our modular series, components can be tested for function and strength. Low-friction double-acting cylinders equipped with suitable sensors and controlled by a proportional or servo valve guarantee high control quality even with very dynamic movements.

  • Standardized cylinder control blocks offer basic hydraulic, safety and comfort functions of a test axis.

Self-contained hydraulic actuators

Our self-contained actuators are designed to offer maximum added value over the entire life cycle – with their compact design with fully electric control and open interfaces, energy-efficient, quiet operation and long, low-maintenance operating life. Thanks to their encapsulated hydraulic transmission, self-contained actuators are an easy-to-use, robust and long-lasting alternative to electro-mechanical axes. The previous limits in terms of cooling, power density and service life are being redefined. The self-contained hydraulic actuator combines the power of hydraulics with the dynamics and precision of electrical systems. The adaptable actuator can be connected to the existing power supply – the usual hydraulic supply is not required. Can be used in test benches for tensile and compression tests with frequencies < 2 Hz.
