For the sixth time, Bosch Rexroth named one of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For

Bosch Rexroth’s Hoffman Estates, IL facility was recently named one of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, marking the sixth time the facility has earned this designation.


The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For competition identifies and honors organizations throughout the Chicago area that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. Organizations are assessed based on a variety of categories including communications, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, and retention.

The Hoffman Estates site is a sales and customizing facility employing 170 people. Employees are solutions suppliers to manufacturers, machine builders and engineers providing components, modules, systems, service, engineering, project management and training in the area of electric drives and controls technology.


Employing 2,200 people in the United States, Bosch Rexroth has additional facilities throughout the country including the North American headquarters in Charlotte, NC and additional production locations in Bethlehem, PA; Fountain Inn, SC; and Lexington, KY. In addition, they have numerous sales locations across the country. The Fountain Inn facility, which recently celebrated its grand opening, is Rexroth’s largest hydraulics manufacturing site in North America. On June 20th the company opened a new marine and offshore service and technology center in Houston, TX.
