Rexroth Air Clutch Panel Interface - For Electronic Marine Propulsion Systems

Rexroth Air Clutch Panel Interface.

The Rexroth Air Clutch Panel Interface incorporates the interface between the electronic propulsion controls and the reverse gear air clutches which are used to control vessel directions.

The Rexroth Air Clutch Panel Interface comes completely factory assembled and tested and combines proven, dependable control components. The design reduces shipboard layout, mounting and piping. Choose from electro-pneumatic pressure regulator (for precise fill rate) or Relayair® valve (for two-rate) clutch inflation allowing soft initial engagement. Hard fill from starts at 50 psi (optional) trip points is available. Pressure switches provide clutch interlock and throttle boost. Gauges show ahead and astern clutch pressure plus system pressure. The system is mounted on an aluminum plate and has an aluminum header for easy ship board connections. An electrical junction box with terminal strip is included for easy installation.
