AATExpo 2011: trCD04 Pneumatic Directional Control Valves

AATExpo 2011: trCD04 Pneumatic Directional Control Valves

Rexroth Series CD04 inch version valves provide a highly reliable, high flow, cost effective solution to a wide variety of applications.

Bosch Rexroth has expanded the Series CD04 valve line to include inch porting in addition to ISO-G (BSPP) porting.

(Lexington, KY – www.boschrexroth-us.com/brp) With a width of only 26 millimeters, the universally applicable CD04 inch version valves provide a high 0.9Cv flow rate. A combination of electrically actuated, pneumatically actuated, and manually/mechanically actuated valves offers the user flexibility.

The die-cast zinc polyamide/fiberglass reinforced body results in a durable yet light-weight package. The CD04 Inch series features a standard Form B electrical connection, choice of 1/8” PTF (NPT short threads) or ISO-G1/8 (BSPP) ports, and they can even be used for vacuum or dual pressure applications.

Other features include:

  • 3-way 2-position, 5-way 2-position, and 5-way 3-position spool options
  • Electrical voltages 12 VDC, 24 VDC, and 110 VAC, or basic valves without coil for other voltages
  • Single and double air pilot versions
  • Manual/Mechanical options for plunger, pushbutton, lever, and roller actuators
