Bosch Rexroth introduces DRn 5020 to Sytronix product family

Bosch Rexroth Sytronix

Ideal for retrofits, DRn 5020 is a versatile, energy-efficient solution for constant pressure systems. Easy add-on to existing DR systems using an EFC5610 pump controller and pressure transducer.

The DRn 5020 is the newest addition to the Sytronix line-up. The Sytronix DRn 5020 is an easy and powerful solution for a constant pressure pump control providing noise reduction, energy savings and increased system efficiencies. Advanced displacement management optimizes the performance during partial load and idle operation.

The Sytronix DRn 5020 is a powerful, cost-effective solution for hydraulic power units (HPU) with small to high power requirements. Specifically designed for constant pressure systems, the DRn 5020 provides higher performance for presses, metallurgy, wood working or central hydraulic systems. The motor-pump consists of an industry standard pressure compensated variable displacement pump, an induction motor and Rexroth’s pump control EFC 5610 enhanced with Sytronix DRn 5020 application functionality.

The EFC 5610 pump control used in the DRn 5020 system is available from 4 kW (5 hp) to 90kW (125 hp).

The DRn 5020 system distinguishes itself with high response time due to the fast-acting pump, even with a traditional low-dynamic induction motor. The pump control optimizes the operating speed, maximizing efficiency and minimizing noise produced by these constant pressure systems

The system supports standalone operation or Multi-Ethernet communication options, providing flexibility for integration into a variety of system topologies.

DRn systems are well suited for OEM applications or retrofit of existing systems. They provide efficient solutions using industry standard pumps and motors, providing the added benefits of low-noise, reduced energy consumption and longer component lifetimes.
