Bosch Rexroth is bringing its Industry 4.0 and connected automation technology to Rosemont, IL for The ASSEMBLY Show, October 24-26, 2017. Booth #431 will feature Rexroth’s latest in connected automation, including a new Open Mechatronics Demo, the TS2plus and VarioFlow plus conveyor systems and Active Cockpit. Bosch Rexroth is your one stop show for solutions in connected automation in assembly and handling applications.

Visitors should make sure to check out the Open Mechatronics Demo. Highlights of the display include:

• With Open Core Engineering, the Open Core Mechatronics demo shows how easy it can be to utilize multi-axis motion control.

• Coupled with Rexroth’s EasyHandling system, Open Core Mechatronics gives the utmost in flexibility, control and speed of implementation.

Open Core Engineering enables programmers to use standard IT languages like MATLAB, LabVIEW and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to create automation functions and applications.

Alongside the Open Core displays, Rexroth is excited to exhibit its TSplus, ActiveMover and VarioFlow plus conveyor systems. System highlights include:

VarioFlow plus is a versatile, high-performance and standardized system ideal for machine builders and system integrators who need to deliver flexible transport solutions to customers faster.

• In the current market, the VarioFlow plus is the quietest, most flexible, energy–efficient plastic chain conveyor available.

TS2plus is a non-synchronous, pallet based conveyor system that offers maximum assembly flexibility with modular and pre-engineered components.

• Rexroth’s TS2plus conveyor exhibit includes the latest in electronic drives and controls technology, such as our IndraControl XM controller.

ActiveMover is a linear motor pallet-transfer system that has everything you need for highly precise transfers in short production cycles.

• Featuring a unique combination of speed, precision and load capacity, Rexroth’s ActiveMover will increase your process quality, productivity and profitability, with every single workpiece.

Lastly, Industry 4.0 meets manual assembly with Rexroth’s Active Cockpit demo. Highlights of this demo include:

• Rexroth’s Active Cockpit connects to your processes to give associates on the floor a real-time view of production data, work instructions meeting minutes and more.

• Couple the Active Cockpit with Rexroth’s Manual Production System (MPS) to create an efficient, flexible lean production system.

• The MPS makes lean manufacturing easy and allows you to adapt quickly to your customers’ changing demands.
