Wieckowski succeeds Hank as Bosch Rexroth USA’s Executive Vice President

Erwin Wieckowski, currently Vice President, Linear and Assembly Technologies, North America, takes over as Vice President Sales - Mobile Hydraulics with responsibility for the North America region. Additionally, Wieckowski has been appointed Executive Vice President to the Legal Board of Bosch Rexroth Corporation U.S.

Effective July 1, 2018, Erwin Wieckowski succeeds Ken Hank. Wieckowski‘s role will include operational leadership of Sales, Applications and Service for Mobile and Compact Hydraulics within the U.S. organization and strategic responsibility for sales in Mobile and Compact Hydraulics in the Region North America. Additionally, Wieckowski will have disciplinary responsibility for the Global Account Management personnel based in the U.S.

Wieckowski began his career as a plant engineer, later becoming an application engineer and Total Quality Management (TQM) coordinator before moving into product and sales management roles. A member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, Wieckowski has degrees in Applied Science and Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario (Canada).

Ken Hank, previously, Executive Vice President Sales, Mobile Applications and Executive Board Member of Bosch Rexroth Corporation, announced his retirement effective June 30, 2018, after 42 years of service.

Since Hank’s start with the company in 1975, he worked in a variety of roles including designer, application engineer, product manager and distribution manager, leading up to his appointment to vice president and general manager in 1994. Hank was appointed Vice President, Hydraulics and a Member of the Board of Directors of Mannesmann Rexroth in 1998. He continued in that capacity when Bosch acquired Rexroth in 2001 and retired after 42 years of dedicated service as Executive Vice President, Mobile Hydraulic Sales and Executive Board Member of Bosch Rexroth Corporation.
