Erwin Wieckowski was appointed as President & CEO of Bosch Rexroth North and Central America based in Charlotte, NC, effective October 1, 2023.
He began his career at Rexroth in 1996 and has worked in Canada, Germany, and the United States. His roles have spanned Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Strategy across the various technologies in the Rexroth portfolio.
Erwin earned his Mechanical Engineering and Management Sciences degree from University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada where he is a licensed Professional Engineer.
Christoph Kleu
Senior Vice President Finance & Administration and CFO
After holding positions with increasing responsibilities in both the Information Technology (IT) as CIO; and Financial sectors as CFO, Christoph joined Bosch Rexroth AG, Lohr am Main, Germany in 2009 as Vice President Worldwide Applications.
In 2011, he expanded his role to Vice President Organization and IT Coordination, followed by Vice President Controlling – Divisions and Regions in the same year.
Christoph joined the North American regional organization in 2013 as Commercial Plant Manager for the mobile hydraulics business in Fountain Inn, SC and in 2019, he was elevated to the position he has today as Senior Vice President Finance & Administration and CFO.
Christoph holds a Master of Computer Science from TH Cologne.
