Legacy Pump Replacements
Featured in booth 323 will be Rexroth’s Legacy Pump Replacement Unit, a drop-in solution that can modernize the press without the significant downtime or cost associated with a complete upgrade or replacement. The assembly includes a pump, manifold and electronic controller that mounts in place of a D150 legacy pump with minimal changes. The unit can be installed over a long weekend and improve performance, maintainability, and profitability.
Advanced Diagnostic Solutions
Rexroth will have an Advanced Diagnostics demonstrator assembly on display. The system includes HMI screens showing Rexroth's Advanced Diagnostics System, which automatically troubleshoots the entire hydraulic system. Using the system, even unskilled personnel can quickly troubleshoot hydraulic problems and get your press back into production quickly.
