HÄGGLUNDS ATOM
2023 Spotlight on New Technology Award Winner!
Combining the right size with Hägglunds performance, it offers the right fit for mining applications where both compact size and high power density are required. With a maximum torque of up to 13.6 kNm and a specific torque of 40 Nm/bar, the Hägglunds Atom hydraulic motor can supply maximum power of 394 kW, outstripping other motors in its class.
RINEER MOTORS
Bosch Rexroth’s Rineer motors offer the highest power density with maximum torque, as well as robustness, even under the most adverse climatic conditions and high dirt loads. Our Rineer motors are frequently used in the mining and construction sectors, on drilling and winch applications.


eSEA PUSH – ACTUATORS
For easy subsea electric actuation of linear (gate) valves. Bosch Rexroth’s eSEA Push actuator is the world’s first series of all-electric actuator that can continuously operate any linear subsea process valves via the standardized API 17H Push Tool Interface Type A up to 745 kN without compromising safety and efficiency.
Rexroth eSEA Push actuators combine electrification with standardization and digitalization to improve cost, avoiding downtime for maintenance activities and achieving high safety and reliability performance with a precise motion control. It offers condition monitoring using smart sensors and protects the environment, avoiding leakage of control fluids and minimizing the energy consumption.
SVA R2 –SUBSEA ELECTRIC ACTUATOR WITH SAFETY SPRING
Bosch Rexroth presents a disruptive innovation for electrically actuated valves in the subsea process industry. 2022 Spotlight on New Technology Award Winner - The SVA R2 Subsea Valve Actuator is the world’s first electric actuator that can replace conventional hydraulic cylinders with proven safety technology and without taking up additional space.


eLION ELECTRIFICATION
Modular and scalable Rexroth eLION components are engineered for the electrification of mobile machinery.
- EMS1-13F motor coupled with the eGFZ9200 gearbox can be used for traction drive with one or two axles
- EMS1-20F motor coupled with the A10VO145 pump is ideal for the working functions of the machine (lifting, digging, etc.) and can be combined with eOC eLION software to optimize operation of electric motors and hydraulic pumps
- EDS1-L0400 inverter is used to convert DC voltage from battery to AC voltage for the motors and control modes include speed control, torque control, and voltage control
- Other featured technologies include the EOBC1 on-board high-voltage battery charger and EDCC1 DC-DC converter
