PSK Gen 2 Precision Modules

Bosch Rexroth’s generation 2 Precision Modules are precise, ready-to-install linear motion systems that combine high performance with compact dimensions, and include favorable price/performance ratios and fast delivery.

With a sealed Ball Screw Assembly on both sides and an upgraded lubrication concept, the new Precision Module, PSK, meets the operational requirements of semiconductor production and of the electronics industry even better than before. In the new generation, designers increased the rigidity of the frame and cover various usage scenarios in an application-oriented way with two accuracy classes.

Flexible Transport System Demo

Rexroth’s Flexible Transport System (FTS) is a magnetically propelled pallet transport system for high transfer speeds and precise pallet positioning as compared to traditional belt, chain, or powered roller conveyor systems. The FTS allows for independent and synchronized pallet movement and can also be a part of a traditional conveyor system.

The FTS display will demonstrate the fast and independent bi-directional motion of two pallets on a track, which will operate asynchronously and together.

ctrlX Automation

Three-axis working system that demonstrates the ctrlX CORE and ctrlX DRIVE hardware platform, as well as the ctrlX WORKS engineering and software toolbox. The demo showcases how ctrlX WORKS lets users easily assign ctrlX AUTOMATION apps or their own apps to program everything from single-axis functions to highly complex multiple-axis movements.
