President and CEO

Paul Cooke was appointed President & CEO of Bosch Rexroth Americas in July 2015. He is the former head of Global Sales and Industry Management at Bosch Rexroth headquarters in Lohr am Main, Germany, as well as former general manager of Bosch Rexroth UK. Cooke began his career with the company in 1982 as a Hydraulics Sales Engineer in the UK. After serving in various roles, he assumed responsibility for Engineering in Great Britain before going on to manage all Industrial Hydraulics activities.

With the merger of Bosch and Rexroth in 2001, Cooke took over responsibility as General Manager and CEO of Bosch Rexroth Ltd., St Neots, Great Britain. In August 2012, he was appointed Senior Vice President of Sales and Industry Management for Machinery Applications and Engineering in Bosch Rexroth’s Industrial Applications business unit, based in Lohr, Germany. In September 2014, he was named Senior Vice President Sales for the complete technology and industry portfolio in the Bosch Rexroth Industrial Applications business unit.

Born in Manchester, Great Britain in 1961, he received his Bachelor of Science Degree with high honor in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Newcastle upon Tyne, England.

Executive Vice President and CFO

Steve Roberts started his career with Bosch in 1994 as Divisional Controller at Bosch Automation Products, now part of Bosch Rexroth. Between 1994 and 2003, Roberts held various positions in the controlling and commercial areas of Bosch Automation Products, until 2003, when he became Senior Vice President for Corporate Finance at Bosch Rexroth. He has held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2005.

Roberts received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Wright State University.

Executive Vice President Hydraulics

Ken Hank has been Executive Vice President of the Mobile Hydraulics division since 1998. Hank's career with the organization began in 1975 when he joined Rexroth Industrial Hydraulics as a design engineer. Over the years, Hank has held such diverse positions as application engineer, distribution manager, and product manager. Just prior to his current position, Hank was vice president and general manager of the axial piston products division.

Hank studied Mechanical Engineering and has certificates in Fluid Power Application.
