New benchmark for heavy load applications up to 385 kg

The new compact modules with ball screw drive (CKK) or belt drive (CKR) in size 280 open up completely new application possibilities in the heavy load range up to 385 kg. Applications include the high-precision assembly of machine tools or the dynamic and repeatable high-performance assembly of battery modules. They are not only extremely rigid in terms of longitudinal and torsional load moments but are also very flexible in use: engineering of single axes, multi-axis systems and even linear robots is reduced to a minimum, while complete automation packages with motor, open- and closed-loop controllers and optional operating software also enormously speed up commissioning and make operation easier, even when changes have to be made at very short notice. This makes factory automation easier, faster and more efficient.
