MP1000R Autonomous Mobile Robot 

Rexroth’s MP1000R is a new 1000kg payload capacity autonomous mobile robot (AMR) that can automate material handling applications without external infrastructure. Using Bosch Rexroth’s RoKIT Software, the MP1000R is able to autonomously navigate in highly dynamic environments without additional infrastructure.

With the MP1000R, warehouses and factories can replace manual forklifts and tuggers for material handling tasks, leading to improved efficiency and reduced risk of potential injury to the workforce.

The MP1000R offers more flexibility to material handling processes and can lift a max payload of 1000 kilograms on a rack or shelf base. It can also interface with customer-specific equipment using a square or roller top conveyor at customized heights.

Typical use cases include component and finished goods pickup and delivery between the warehouse and production line as well as WIP movement within the production area.

Tasks can be triggered manually via wireless button / tablet, PLC, or connection to upstream ERP/MES/WMS/etc. via API.

With its large capacity 39Ah lithium battery, the MP1000R can run continuously via autonomous opportunity charging. Supported by both SLAM and QR Code navigation, count on the MP1000R to autonomously move through your factory or warehouse with impressive accuracy.
