Connected Hydraulics Strategy & Growth, North America Bosch Rexroth Corporation

Keaton Holappa is responsible for Rexroth’s Connected Hydraulics initiative in North America, working to create, validate, and implement new business and product development projects. He works closely with various divisions of Rexroth and Bosch to support development activities at a global scale, focusing on implementing new technology in industrial hydraulic applications. In this role, Keaton serves as the bridge between both industrial hydraulics and Industry 4.0, as well as North America and the rest of the Rexroth global community.

During his time at Rexroth, Keaton has worked in the hydraulic field service and electronic controls departments in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. In both roles, he worked to design, program, commission, support, and troubleshoot electro-hydraulic systems for customers across the industrial landscape.

Keaton is originally from Hamilton, Massachusetts and has two bachelor degrees from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania – a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art & Art History.
