Seppelfricke's rotary transfer machines are now equipped with state-of-the-art Rexroth drive and CNC control technology that increases productivity and quality, while reducing cycle times by 84%. About 400 different components from their product portfolio can now be milled, drilled, and turned with a single machine -- at cycle times between 3.5 and 30 seconds.

One special advantage of this rotary transfer machine is the large number of axes that one master and up to three slave controls can support. Every single CNC is able to address up to 64 axes via twelve independent channels. The energy efficient combination of the IndraMotion M drive system and IndraDyn servo motors ensures optimal production of components thanks to outstanding repetition accuracy.
