Configurable linear motion systems and ball screw assemblies in just a few days

Delivered from the factory after a maximum of ten working days: Individually configurable linear motion systems from the GoTo Focused Delivery Program by Rexroth.

Individually configurable linear motion systems are now also available in the GoTo Europe Focused Delivery Program

Rexroth is expanding the GoTo Europe Focused Delivery Program with its short delivery times to configurable linear motion systems and ball screw assemblies. The manufacturer guarantees shipment of the individually assembled modules from the factory after a maximum of ten working days. The Focused Delivery Program is comprised of the configurations that customers order most often.

Time is money, this is true in industry now more than ever. Due to large fluctuations in demand, industry companies are making investment decisions at short notice more and more often. This increases time pressure on manufacturers of machines and automation devices. The GoTo Europe Focused Delivery Program fulfills these response time expectations. Rexroth compiled the components that are ordered most often in linear motion technology into the GoTo Focused Delivery Program two years ago and delivers the orders within three to five days. Configurable linear motion systems have been added to this recently; these are delivered from the factory in ten days. The same applies for ball screw assemblies, which can be arranged individually by design engineers and purchasers, with different lengths, leads, end machining and nut types.

The Focused Delivery Program is summarized in the GoTo overview catalog. On Rexroth's website, design engineers and purchasers can use the online tools to configure their desired linear motion system according to their requirements: for every configuration item from the drive-unit options, either a ball screw or toothed belt drive, to the system length and effective stroke and the motor and motor mounting as well as the carriage type and sensors. During each step, the configurator shows whether the chosen product configuration is included in the GoTo Focused Delivery Program. The user can view data for all products and performance characteristics and receive the CAD data in all common formats via a download link.

In addition to linear motion systems, Rexroth offers a complete product portfolio from ready-to-install axes to multi-axis solutions for almost all assembly and handling applications in various industries.

Apart from linear motion technology, the GoTo Focused Delivery Program by Rexroth also includes hydraulics, electric drive and control technology as well as assembly technology with quick delivery times.
