Driverless construction vehicle

It sounds a bit like science fiction: Construction vehicles that move about, entirely without a driver. At the Tampere University of Technology in Finland, this vision has already been turned into reality. There a fully automatic wheeled loader makes its rounds along a test track built especially for this purpose. The hydraulics and electronics in this vehicle consist largely of Rexroth components. On this test track scientists are examining the behavior of the vehicle at differing road conditions while also measuring the emissions.
