Together with its sales partners Bosch Rexroth will present its innovations and new products in linear and assembly technology at MOTEK 2016.

One trade fair stand, four companies: In cooperation with three partners, Bosch Rexroth presents numerous innovations in the field of assembly and linear motion technology

Bosch Rexroth bring their cooperation with their sales partners to a new level: For the first time, the manufacturer and supplier of automation technology will attend the Motek specialist trade fair accompanied by three other companies. teamtechnik Industrieausrüstung GmbH, PTS Automation GmbH and DFS Montageautomation GmbH will present their own solutions at the Bosch Rexroth trade fair stand 4305 in hall 4. This partnership stands for the increasing commitment of the four companies to offer their customers more comprehensive, intensive and diverse services for the implementation of automation projects with maximum efficiency. From 10th to 13th October, visitors of Motek in Stuttgart can experience the highlights of assembly and linear motion technology as well as innovative components and system solutions for the realization of Industry 4.0 applications.

“We shape the future – with you hand in hand” – under this motto, the visitors of this year’s Motek will be greeted by Bosch Rexroth and their sales partners. In line with this slogan, the trade fair appearance will be focused on future-oriented solutions. These include the LineSelect selection and sizing tool to help customers find suitable linear axes and actuators for their applications in no more than five steps – and this from a wide range of more than 100,000 different product variants.

With VarioFlow plus, Bosch Rexroth presents a powerful, standardized and versatile conveyor system for numerous fields of application. The chain conveyor system does not only reduce time and costs but offers reduced time-to-marked and optimized working conditions thanks to low-noise operation. VarioFlow plus consists of universally applicable components for all system widths including the new track width of 120 mm.

Then there is the new Fit4Ergonomics app, an interactive and portable support in ergonomics. This free smartphone application and its “ErgoCheck” check list with 15 points enables sustainable optimization of workplace ergonomics. “On-site analyses” enable additional measurement of lighting conditions and noise at workplaces directly from the smartphone.

Bosch Rexroth proves that good things can be made even better and presents TS 2plus, the new and improved model of its market-leading transfer system. From now on, it is also suitable for conveying workpieces with a weight of up to 240 kg further extending the system’s range of application for numerous industries.

Also in Stuttgart: The Showcase i4.0, Bosch Rexroth’s proof of the performance of connected automation in practice. On an I4.0 production line with 16 concrete cases, flexibility, safety and productivity are newly defined by networking, open interfaces and cloud-based Industry 4.0 services.

The company bundles global application experience in the market segments of Mobile Applications, Machinery Applications and Engineering, and Factory Automation to develop innovative components as well as tailored system solutions and services. Get the right runner blocks with digital turbo power

Bosch Rexroth has expanded its series of completely digital eTools for linear motion technology: The new online configurator for runner blocks depicts the company’s full range of ball and roller rail systems. Therefore, in just a few steps, the user can define and order their own custom product. Automatic plausibility checks prevent configuration errors, particularly when individual selections are changed retrospectively. The user can download a 2D or 3D model before ordering. An accompanying 3D drawing in PDF format makes it easier to swap parts before completing the order in the eShop.
