Operating and programming like with a real machine

MTX micro Trainer

Users can operate and program the CNC system IndraMotion MTX micro on the PC in machine like conditions, thanks to the MTX micro Trainer from Rexroth.

With the Rexroth MTX micro Trainer, users can simulate the CNC control system IndraMotion MTX micro on a PC

Even cost-efficient standard turning and milling machines are today equipped with CNC systems, such as the Rexroth IndraMotion MTX micro. The drive and control specialist is now introducing a software simulation for this proven CNC control system with the IndraMotion MTX micro Trainer. Using the free downloadable application, operation and programming of the MTX micro CNC can be learned easily within a machine like representation on the PC.

The IndraMotion MTX micro CNC system is tailored to the needs of standard turning and milling machines. It consists of a control panel, a compact multi- axis controller with a powerful CNC control system, and an integrated PLC. Rexroth now offers the MTX micro trainer for users to get to knowthe CNC system on a PC in realistic conditions. The MTX micro trainer simulates the entire control system on a standard office PC. This allows users to learn MTX micro operating and programming skills easily and in a short period of time. The application can be used like a real machine in all operating modes. This is achieved through machine like representation of the machine control panel and the user interface as well as realistic control simulation program behavior. After starting the Trainer, the user decides whether he would like to simulate turning or milling.

The simulation can also be used for testing CNC programs in a realistic environment without a machine. This helps companies minimize prep time and to avoid expensive rework . Users can either archive programs created with the IndraMotion MTX micro Trainer – or simply transfer them to a real machine. The Trainer also makes it possible to learn CNC control versions MTX standard, MTX performance, and MTX advanced programming.

The MTX micro trainer runs on the Microsoft Windows XP© and Windows 7© operating systems without any necessary installations. The software can also be started directly from a USB drive. Users who are interested can download the simulation for free using the following link and copy it as many times as they would like:
