New online configurator from Rexroth simplifies and accelerates the ordering process

With the new online configurator Rexroth accelerates the construction and ordering of screw assemblies. By using the following link “www.boschrexroth.com/ballscrew-configurator” the users can quickly and easily configure their specific solution from now on – and the interface to the Rexroth eShop allows them to order directly from the drive and control specialist at any time.

The new online tool supports a step-by-step, image-guided configuration of ball and planetary screw assemblies. All catalog options can be selected. The tool automatically reviews modified parameters for plausibility. After the configuration has been completed, 2D and 3D data can be downloaded in all common formats. For screw end machining the customer can choose between standard catalog versions and customized solutions. Rexroth then processes the screw ends of the ball and planetary screw assemblies that they are compatible with the customer application and meet the desired requirements.

The new configurator lets customers calculate a price and place direct orders for screw assemblies with standard or specified endmachining. The diameters of the screw range between 6 and 80 millimeters for ball screw assemblies and between 20 and 48 millimeters for planetary screw assemblies. In addition to this all nut types can be selected.
