  • PRC 7000
    PRC 7000 – new welding control from Rexroth Magnifier

    Welding – Efficient and in the Highest Quality

    The PRC 7000 control facilitates the realization of horizontally and vertically networked welding systems according to connected industry: The dual-processor architecture for process control and communication allows especially high data transfer rates without affecting the welding process control. The fast information exchange with the higher-level controller can be easily realized using all common Ethernet protocols. All data are being centrally stored on a production server – this helps to reduce the number of required operating computers. Welding PC and operating interface can be physically separated from the welding cell.

     
     
  • PSI 6000
    PSI 6000 – the right inverter any time for any application Magnifier

    The intelligent PSI 6000 inverters have been specifically designed for spot, projection, and resistance seam welding. The extensive control functions guarantee high process reliability. The PSI family offers a variety of additional functions for welding high-strength steel or aluminum.

    The 1,000 Hz medium frequency/DC technology has proved its particular economic efficiency in many applications in contrast to other processes:

    • Higher welding quality via more dynamic current control than for the AC system
    • Weldability of many material combinations increased by more well-directed energy supply
    • Spatter reduced by adjusted welding current and/or current time
    • Electrode life lengthened thanks to lower thermal and mechanical load on the electrode caps
    • Smaller and lighter transformers for integration into the welding gun.

    The medium-frequency transformers with integrated rectifier-package are an additional asset to our successful PSI 6000 inverter system. The carefully coordinated components deliver optimal power transfer and offer additional monitoring functions between the inverter and the transformer.     The multi-technology CNC for perfect metal forming and cutting

    Up to 60 independent channels and 250 axes can be controlled with one single CNC – with the fastest PLC and CNC cycle times and at significantly reduced hardware and engineering costs.

    The new functions for laser cutting, water jet cutting, and plasma cutting further increase the versatility of the IndraMotion MTX series in multi-technology production in one machine. The flexibler multi-axes-interpolation between electrical and hydraulical servo axes allow to run even the most complex 3D bending operations.

    All IndraMotion MTX systems offer an intuitive multi-touch user interface as well as real-time 3D NC simulation.
